Oncologic results in N1 disease after radical prostatectomy

The presence of lymph node disease is an adverse pathologic finding, but not all patients have the same risk for
biochemical recurrence or the same cancer-specific survival rate.

The population with low volume lymph node diseases treated with radical surgery and adjuvant therapy has been shown to have long-term results that are as favorable as those of patients with no lymph node involvement.
